Principal Software Quality Engineer

As a Senior Principal Engineer / Manager in the IT Quality & Assurance Testing team at Marsh McLennan Corporate, you will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects and contribute to the creation and enhancement of the test automation framework. Here is what you can expect in this role:

- Proficiency in Test automation languages and framework, particularly JavaScript/Typescript - Strong experience with MSSQL and API test automation - Proficiency in WebdriverIO, Cypress, or Playwright - Familiarity with source control systems like Azure DevOps/TFS, Github, or Bitbucket - Experience working with Jira

To excel in this role, you should have:

- Strong understanding of Test Engineering and Quality Assurance best practices - Effective communication skills in both technical and non-technical environments - Track record of successfully delivering quality software solutions - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team - Experience with Agile at Scale, Lean, and Continuous Delivery approaches - Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
