Key Responsibilities

Solution Leadership & Strategy

• Lead solution design and strategy for complex government projects.
• Define and oversee technical win themes and innovation differentiators.
• Collaborate closely with capture managers and business development teams to engage with customers from opportunity inception to proposal submission.
• Facilitate and lead solution reviews with executives and subject matter experts.
• Manage large initiatives involving cross-functional teams.

Technical Architecture & Innovation

• Design scalable and flexible solutions utilizing advanced technologies.
• Leverage internal offerings and technologies to drive differentiation.
• Stay informed about leading solution architectures and industry trends.
• Validate solutions against technical requirements.

Proposal Development & Competitive Analysis

• Lead technical solution responses for RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes.
• Conduct competitive analysis of pricing strategies and award trends.
• Review technology solutions for compliance with standards.

Estimation & Cost Management

• Drive competitive estimates using various estimation techniques.
• Guide teams on cost optimization and pricing strategies.
• Assess market trends and implications for pricing.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentorship for Solution Architects to enhance their skills and careers.
• Bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure implementable solutions.
• Engage with customers to design tailored solutions.

Implementation

• Work with teams to create plans for technical operational readiness.
• Take on the chief engineer role for project delivery.
• Guarantee effective operational implementation of solutions.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Develop and present technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
