Principal Solutions Architect – Data Security / Azure Purview / Snowflake

About

We are hiring a senior-level Principal Solutions Architect with deep expertise in enterprise Data Security, Azure Security, Snowflake, Microsoft Defender, Azure Purview, and DLP technologies. This role focuses on designing and implementing enterprise‑scale data protection frameworks while supporting AI/LLM security initiatives and modern data governance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise data protection strategy
• Architect Azure Purview classification and governance solutions
• Implement DLP controls across cloud, email, endpoints, and collaboration tools
• Secure AI/LLM pipelines including RAG and Vector Database environments
• Support DSPM strategy and data lifecycle management
• Provide architecture guidance to Security, Cloud, and AI/ML teams

Required Experience

• 10+ years in Security Architecture or Data Security
• Strong experience with:
  • Snowflake
  • Microsoft Defender
  • Azure Purview
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools
  • Azure Security
• Strong Data Engineering or Data Architecture background
• Experience with AI/LLM security frameworks
• Knowledge of encryption standards (AES, SHA, TLS)

Nice to Have

• Utility or regulated industry background
• Azure Security certifications
• CISSP / GIAC certifications
• DSPM experience
• Azure Synapse knowledge

Location

Hybrid role requiring onsite presence in Allentown, PA or Providence, RI.
