Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal Technical Recruiter to lead their specialized IT recruitment division. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to operate from anywhere while making a significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of technical roles, from initial client engagement and job profiling to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier IT talent across various platforms and networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients, understanding their specific talent needs, and providing expert market insights.
  • Conduct in-depth technical assessments and behavioral interviews to ensure candidates possess the required skills and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate employment offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for successful candidates.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency setting and a remote environment.
  • Demonstrable success in sourcing and placing candidates in niche and in-demand technology roles (e.g., software development, data science, cloud computing, cybersecurity).
  • Exceptional networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the IT landscape, current market trends, and effective recruitment technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
