Principal Technical Recruiter - Remote Talent Acquisition

Our client, a rapidly growing technology consultancy, is seeking an experienced and strategic Principal Technical Recruiter to lead their remote talent acquisition efforts. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our client's expanding needs. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, for a wide range of technology roles. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and leveraging various recruitment platforms and tools. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technology landscape, including various programming languages, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure. Proven experience in technical recruitment, with a track record of successfully placing candidates in niche and in-demand roles, is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are critical for engaging effectively with candidates and stakeholders. You should be proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. A strategic mindset, coupled with strong analytical skills to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement, is highly valued. This role requires a self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of working independently and driving results in a remote environment.
