Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation and role definition to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines.
• Conducting in-depth technical interviews.
• Assessing candidate qualifications.
• Advising hiring managers on market trends and compensation.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

• Extensive experience recruiting for niche and high-demand technology roles, such as software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
• A strong network within the tech community is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• You must be adept at using various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing technologies.
