Principal AI Solution Architect Position Summary

We are seeking a senior, business-facing Principal AI Solution Architect to support a strategic client in the Multifamily mortgage space. This person will work directly with executive and business stakeholders to identify where AI can deliver the highest value, define practical starting points, shape pilot and roadmap recommendations, and provide confidence on how to proceed.

This is not a pure engineering role and not a pure strategy role. The ideal candidate can bridge business priorities, operational workflows, data realities, AI capabilities, governance requirements, and pilot execution planning. They must be comfortable leading ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and translating opportunities such as document-heavy operational workflows into actionable AI solutions.

Strongly Preferred Experience

• Experience in financial services, mortgage, lending, underwriting, post-close review, audit, fraud, or risk operations is highly preferred
• Experience with document-heavy review processes and AI-assisted review workflows
• Familiarity with pilot design, phased roadmaps, and value measurement for AI programs
• Experience advising clients who have already experimented with AI tools but need a more practical and better-governed path forward
• Experience with enterprise platforms and data ecosystems, including integration, workflow orchestration, and operational adoption
• Consulting experience in client-facing roles where trust, influence, and executive presence matter
