Print Management Account Executive

Overview

There is an exciting new opening in a Print Management company which differs from all competitors. They specialise in servicing the high end of the financial markets, along with publishing, marketing and charity sectors, and prides itself in providing high quality, flexible, innovative print services using the latest technologies in an environmentally responsible manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and backup for the designated account team.
  • Support management of a portfolio of customer accounts led by the Account Manager, ensuring consistently superior level of customer service.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to ensure requirements are met and they receive the customer service as detailed in their specific Service Level Agreement.
  • Respond to customer and supplier queries in a timely manner and provide accurate and detailed responses to quote requests within the target response time.
  • Confirm, monitor and progress chase orders, ensuring all work is delivered within schedule, budget and quality standards.
  • Monitor stock levels of customer stock stored and produced, and maintain proactive monitoring.
  • Manage the production board for the account team, ensuring it is always up to date and contains the correct information.
  • Manage website imagery for the account team and manage artwork and proof submission and approval between the supplier and the client.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within the print industry.
  • Experience of Direct Mail desirable but not essential.
