Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • The Print Marketing Manager supports Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), and leads strategy and execution of catalog and direct mail campaigns across brands, overseeing audience targeting, contact strategy, frequency, and format to maximize demand and efficiency. You will report to the VP of Marketing.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is hybrid. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Strategy & Audience Selection: Define and execute targeting, cadence, and format for catalog and direct mail campaigns to drive incremental demand aligned with business goals.
  • Testing & Optimization: Lead A/B, holdout, and contact strategy tests; analyze results and implement improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Results Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate campaign performance, deliver clear insights, and recommend actions for future optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and coach a direct report, driving accountability and growth.
  • Budget Management & ROI Optimization: Oversee budgets, track spend and improve cost efficiency and marketing productivity.
  • Manage planning, testing, and performance analysis (including A/B and holdout tests), but not print production.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in catalog and direct mail marketing, Experience in a vertically integrated retailer, with demonstratable success in product creativity and financial results
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with campaign measurement tools; strong Excel skills required.
  • Analytical Ability: Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, test design, and interpreting results to inform strategy.
