We are seeking an experienced High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Account Executive to join a highly successful, fast-growing boutique insurance brokerage. This role supports a substantial personal lines book, servicing sophisticated clients with complex insurance needs.

You will partner closely with high-net-worth clients, working with top-tier carriers to place risks. This is a fast-paced, technology-forward office with strong operational support-including CSRs, virtual assistants, and marketing support-so you can focus on clients and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a high-net-worth personal lines book
  • Advise clients on coverage, exposures, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Conduct coverage reviews and drive cross-selling opportunities
  • Remarket and bind policies to maintain competitive placement
  • Collaborate closely with carrier partners
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication

Qualifications

  • Experience managing a Private Client/ HNW Personal Lines book
  • Active P&C License
  • White glove approach
  • Experience marking to Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati and other HNW carriers
