We run a public equity/bond portfolio as well as direct investments via our Crown Private Investments vehicles.

One of the founders is Swiss-based independent principal investment and advisory firm with global focus.

We work with entrepreneurs, corporates, management teams and professional investors on a wide range of investment and advisory projects.

To strengthen our entrepreneurial team in the DACH Region, we are offering a position as:

Private Equity Senior Analyst/Junior Associate (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Supporting the senior team on the active management of high-end investment projects:
• Direct involvement in the management of our investments in the technology, hospitality and biotech sectors
• The ideal candidate will be an integral team member both at the level of the portfolio company and at Crown, thereby ensuring optimal management of the asset
• Support across all functions at the portfolio companies with focus on exceeding the financial targets
• Project organisation, conduct accounting and financial statement analysis, market research and analysis of companies based on their financial data
• Project organisation and support of due diligence processes
• Support in financial modelling for new projects as well as for existing portfolio

Profile

We require:

• Keen interest in investments, with at least 2 years of work experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Family Office, Hedge Fund and/or Top 5 Accounting
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Substantial experience of financial analysis, modelling and valuations – candidate must be able to build DCF and LBO models
• First experience utilizing AI in daily work
• High degree of professionalism as well as strong drive and commitment
• Excellent oral and written command of English and German is a must
• Good communication skills and team player mind-set
