Procedure Technical Writer

Job Description

• The Technical Writer will create clear, concise procedural docs, job aids, and training materials, and will build a fully structured Confluence documentation library that includes intuitive page hierarchies, templates, navigation, labeling, and content organization best practices.
• This includes working within existing Confluence spaces, standardizing page layouts, improving searchability, and ensuring documentation is easy for teams to consume and maintain.
• The position requires close collaboration with subject matter experts to gather, clarify, and validate technical information, ensuring that all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with updated documentation standards.
