Process Analyst

About the Role:

You'll be the operational backbone of our Academy — bridging the gap between our technical team and regulatory compliance requirements. From SETA registration through to EISA and certification, you'll ensure every step is digitised, trackable, and audit-ready

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing end-to-end visual process blueprints for all Academy programmes
• Automating learner tracking and document workflows using Google AppSheet and Apps Script
• Managing agile sprints to keep compliance and accreditation tasks on track
• Building real-time Looker Studio dashboards to monitor compliance health
• Leveraging Gemini AI to surface gaps in quality reports and audit findings

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Process Analyst, ideally in a SETA-accredited or education environment
• Degree/Diploma in Business Process Management, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering
• Advanced Google Workspace skills (Sheets, Forms, AppSheet, Gemini AI)
• Familiarity with the NQF, SAQA, and QCTO regulatory landscape
• Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile PM certification is a strong advantage
• Experience with Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio for process mapping
