Process Automation & AI Engineer (Financial Services)

About

What you'll do

• You will become a CRM expert and help shape its further development.
• You will automate and optimize processes using Low Code, Code, AI, ML, and RPA approaches.
• You will implement solutions independently in the CRM using configurations and code.
• You will analyze business cases and specify processes, applications, and interfaces.
• You will establish standards for development and implementation and monitor compliance.
• You will train and advise internal developers and configurators as a technical contact person.

What we're looking for

• Experience with business analysis and process optimization
• Very good programming skills (TypeScript, Python, SQL, APIs, automation)
• Competence in AI, Machine Learning, RPA, and data-driven solutions
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally with the BSI Customer Suite
• Independence, quick comprehension, structured work, and sense of responsibility
• Confident demeanor with business, IT, and internal partners
• Completed or part-time vocational training at a university of applied sciences
