Key Activities and Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of new products and processes.
• Your task will be to improve the production process using statistical tools.
• You will be responsible for project and operational management of the assigned department from a process perspective.
• You will resolve qualitative requirements of our customers, which includes customer visits and back office problem solving.
• You will be responsible for improving the production process through benchmarking with other Bekaert plants worldwide and sharing experiences.
• You will be responsible for project tasks in the area of production management.

Skills

• You have a university education of a technical nature, ideally with a focus on mechanical engineering.
• Your knowledge of SAP is a big advantage.
• You have experience from the environment of a manufacturing multinational company, which is a big advantage.
• Your knowledge of English at a communicative level is a condition.
• You are consistent, independent, innovative, and flexible.
• You have the ability to learn quickly, which will allow you to adapt quickly to new challenges and technologies.
• This position is also suitable for university graduates who are ready to start their career in a dynamic and innovative environment.
