As part of our continuous growth in France, we are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on identifying root causes, developing corrective action plans, and implementing process improvements or tools to enhance overall manufacturing reliability and efficiency. It requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience, especially within Airbus plants (FAL).

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Offer specialized technical assistance to manufacturing teams in the evaluation and analysis of product failures.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of failures and recommend effective solutions.
• Corrective Action Plans: Develop, implement, and monitor corrective action plans to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders and production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate documentation of findings, methodologies, and corrective actions taken, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to resolve complex manufacturing issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Trend Identification: Monitor and identify trends related to product failures and opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Collaboration: Work within an international project team.

Experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with experience specifically at Airbus plants or FAL.
• In-depth knowledge of Support Frameworks & Processes.
• Experience managing a support team in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Understanding of documentation quality standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
• Strong understanding of aerospace industry standards, regulations, safety and best practices.
• Workorder creation and modification management.
• Routing creation and modification management.
• ME experience.
• Production environment experience.
• Drawing understanding.
• Bill of Material (BOM) management.
• Work instruction management (creation and modification).
