In this role, you will be responsible for managing process change projects and driving enhancements in manufacturing processes. Your expertise will help identify opportunities for productivity improvements, while you lead implementation efforts. Applying Lean tools, you will work to achieve higher predictability and lower costs in production, all while maintaining strict compliance with EHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects related to product performance enhancements
• Conduct feasibility studies and coordinate with stakeholders
• Implement Lean tools for increased production efficacy
• Support manufacturing and maintenance engineering tasks
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety standards

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering
• 3+ years of engineering experience required
• 2-3 years in engineering project management
• Knowledge of automation and controls engineering
• Experience with validation in manufacturing processes
