Process Engineer II

We are seeking a Process Engineer II to analyze, optimize, and enhance business and operational processes. The role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and ensuring processes are standardized, efficient, and compliant. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in process design and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business and operational processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Design, implement, and optimize standardized workflows and process frameworks.
• Document processes, procedures, and best practices for clarity and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and improvements.
• Monitor process performance using key metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support initiatives to automate processes and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure processes comply with regulatory, quality, and operational standards.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on updated processes and workflows.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in process engineering, operations, or continuous improvement roles.
• Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and process optimization.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with process documentation tools, workflow software, and reporting systems.
