Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Visibility Program initiatives
• Work with product and IT teams to create scalable solutions
• Coordinate deployment activities, readiness, and training
• Collect insights and identify risks to inform solutions
• Define metrics to track success and improvement

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant operational experience
• Experience with project management and deployment
• Familiarity with reporting tools, particularly Power BI
• Post-secondary education an asset
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
