Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Process Engineering Manager to lead their global process improvement initiatives. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere. You will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety across all production lines. Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement and operational excellence. Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization. Lead and mentor a team of process engineers. Manage process engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Design, evaluate, and implement new manufacturing technologies and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams. Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions. Qualifications: Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related field. 10+ years of experience in process engineering, with at least 3 years in a management role. Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SPC. Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication abilities. Proven project management experience. Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
