In a complex and international automotive environment, warranty cost recovery represents a major financial challenge. To improve efficiency, reliability, and overall performance of warranty chargeback processes, we are strengthening our team with a profile focused on process improvement, data analysis, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Warranty & Chargeback Excellence
- Drive warranty and supplier chargeback process improvements within the Stellantis Value Creation Program.
- Analyze end‑to‑end warranty recovery flows to identify gaps, delays, and leakage.
- Lead initiatives to maximize recovery rates, shorten cycle times, and secure financial outcomes.
- Standardize and document processes; promote best practices across regions and entities.
Data, Reporting & Digital Tools
- Build and manage Power BI dashboards and warranty databases (Access).
- Consolidate multi‑source data, automate controls, and track recovery performance and lead times.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and contribute to automation of data flows and interfaces.
Business Partnering & Performance Management
- Deliver high‑impact analyses to Warranty and Management teams.
- Support performance reviews, cost committees, and prioritization of value‑driven actions.
- Shape and evolve warranty performance KPIs.
Profile
Strong background in process and continuous improvement.
Experience with data analytics tools: Power BI (dashboards, data modeling), Microsoft Access (databases, queries, automation), and advanced Excel.
Exposure to machine learning frameworks and cloud platforms.
Solid understanding of automotive warranty and chargeback mechanisms.
Comfortable working with both financial and technical datasets.
Highly analytical, with strong critical‑thinking abilities.
Results‑driven, with a clear focus on financial impact.
Detail‑oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
Able to work cross‑functionally and challenge the status quo.
Clear and convincing communicator, fluent in French and English.
