Your Role & Impact

As a Process Manager, you will:

  • Lead a team of scientists, engineers, and specialized technicians to ensure high performance and collaboration
  • Support and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Drive product industrialization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor production yields and implement improvement projects
  • Define and track KPIs, ensuring operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with quality systems and promote Six Sigma methodologies
  • Balance project execution with daily operational priorities

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce occupational health and safety standards
  • Plan and allocate resources efficiently
  • Foster cross‑functional collaboration and a positive, results‑oriented work culture
  • Evaluate and justify capital investments (CAPEX) to support growth
  • Manage budgets and drive cost optimization

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Physical Engineering
    (Bachelor’s degree + extensive experience considered)
  • 10+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience (Silicon or III‑V devices)
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor physics (sensors, emitters, silicon/III‑V materials)
  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred)
  • Project management and process improvement experience
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
