Process Operator B (Food / Chemical Industry)

What this role involves

• Operate and monitor process equipment and adjust parameters.
• A focus on quality and safety, where you will maintain product standards while adhering to strict safety and hygiene protocols.
• Documentation, maintenance and troubleshooting and performing first-line maintenance, inspections, and resolving technical issues.

What the role is looking for

• N4–N5 Process Engineering + Trade Test (Red Seal or equivalent)
• Proven experience in food, chemical, or industrial production environments
• Comfortable working in shift systems (including 5-shift operations)
• Strong technical and problem-solving mindset
• Willing to relocate to the Netherlands

Bonus points for Afrikaans-speaking as is a strong advantage (fast Dutch language adaptation).
