What We Are Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and executing annual strategic sourcing plans
• Extensive knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, indirect spend categories, and category management (IT, external resources, and more)
• Demonstrated experience running RFX processes and negotiating contracts with suppliers
• Ability to assess and mitigate procurement-related risks while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Third-Party Management teams in Canada and the U.S.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including preparing senior management presentations
• Fully bilingual in English and French (required)

You’ll Stand Out If You Have:

• Experience with procurement tools such as Ariba, Ivalua, or Beeline
• Background in financial services or another heavily regulated industry
• Project management expertise and experience leading change programs
• Familiarity with third-party risk management and vendor governance frameworks
• SCMP, CPSM, or equivalent procurement certification
