We have an exciting opportunity for a German-speaking Procurement Manager Marketing & Consulting to join a leading international Procurement organization based in Zurich, Switzerland.

This role will focus on delivering strategic sourcing solutions across Marketing and Consulting categories, supporting major clients with commercial optimization, supplier strategy, and category expertise in a fast-paced, advisory-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects across Marketing and Professional Services categories, including agency, media, events, consulting, and broader advisory spend
• Develop and implement category strategies that deliver savings, supplier innovation, and commercial value
• Manage tender processes, supplier selection, and contract negotiations across complex, service-based categories
• Partner closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Procurement strategies
• Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and risk factors to improve quality, service, and cost outcomes
• Deliver multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of stakeholder engagement and service delivery

Qualifications

• Strong Procurement experience across both Marketing Services and Consulting/Professional Services spend categories
• Proven success leading sourcing projects and negotiations within Indirect Procurement environments
• Experience working in a consulting, advisory, or client-facing Procurement model is highly desirable
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate agency, consultancy, and service-based contracts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across senior business functions
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
