Your Tasks

• Development of a global onboarding and training concept for procurement
• Setup, structuring, and maintenance of a global knowledge database for procurement, incorporating cross-functional requirements such as Finance, Quality, Legal
• Conception and creation of standardized global training materials for the procurement organization
• Close collaboration with product managers and key users to create practice-oriented training and educational documentation
• Support in defining, setting up, and maintaining business test cases for processes and procurement-relevant applications to optimize training content
• Global coordination, planning, and management of training initiatives, including success monitoring

What You'll Bring

• Completed higher vocational school, university of applied sciences, or university with further education or corresponding experience in procurement
• Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement, ideally SAP Ariba, as well as a high affinity for system-supported training solutions
• In-depth experience in training management, including the development of training methodologies, onboarding concepts, and global training materials
• Negotiation-level German and English skills (at least C1) both written and spoken
• Structured way of working and project management know-how for implementing international training programs
• Very good understanding of cross-functional business processes and experience in change management
