We are seeking a Procurement Recruiting Specialist focused on full‑cycle recruiting exclusively within procurement and supply chain functions. This role is dedicated to procurement‑first talent delivery, not generalist professional recruiting. The successful candidate will build deep, repeatable pipelines within procurement and supply chain talent markets and deliver highly aligned candidates who understand procurement operating models, category strategies, and sourcing objectives.

Core Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Delivery

  • Own full‑cycle recruiting for procurement‑specific roles including Category Managers, Sourcing Managers, Procurement Analysts, Strategic Sourcing Leads, and Vendor Management professionals.
  • Build and maintain highly targeted, procurement‑focused talent pipelines rather than broad corporate talent pools.
  • Deliver candidates aligned not only to skill requirements but also to procurement operating models, category strategies, and sourcing objectives.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to translate procurement hiring needs into structured, role‑specific recruiting strategies.
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle with a strong emphasis on quality, fit, and domain alignment.

Market Specialization

  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of procurement and supply chain functions, including category management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and spend analysis.
  • Track procurement hiring trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks across the supply chain ecosystem.
  • Build and nurture a high‑quality procurement talent network, emphasizing niche categories and repeatable hiring pipelines.

Qualifications

  • 3–8+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Exposure to procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or closely related enterprise functions strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience recruiting for professional‑level or enterprise corporate roles.
  • Strong sourcing, engagement, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Proficiency using ATS and CRM systems for pipeline management, reporting, and candidate tracking.
