About the Role

As our Procurement Specialist, Fragrance, you'll sit at the intersection of global suppliers, our perfumery lab, and production. You'll own the workflows that keep materials flowing, documentation airtight, and teams unblocked. This role is for someone who wants to understand the supply chain behind one of the most complex and fascinating sensory industries on earth.
What You'll Own
- Purchase orders — execute POs for naturals, synthetics, and bases with precision on pricing, specs, and delivery terms
- Supplier relationships — daily contact with domestic and international vendors; stay ahead of delays, discrepancies, and delivery risk
- Inventory — monitor stock levels and coordinate just-in-time arrivals with lab and production teams
- Samples — track new harvest and supplier batch samples through to perfumery and quality evaluation
What You Bring
- 1+ years in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement in chemicals, cosmetics, or fragrance
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Chemistry, or related field
- ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong Excel/Sheets skills
- Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy with chemical materials is non-negotiable
- Clear, direct communicator who stays oriented when priorities shift fast
- Bonus: IFRA knowledge, global logistics experience, or genuine curiosity about raw materials
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $75k-90k
For all Full-Time Employees, compensation is just one component of Osmo’s total rewards approach, which is designed to support the well-being, growth, and long-term success of our team members. Depending on the role, this may include base salary or contract-based pay, along with access to health, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match; flexible paid time off and company holidays; and equity or incentive compensation for eligible roles. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location, internal equity, and other relevant business considerations. Osmo regularly reviews pay ranges and compensation structures to ensure they remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with current market data.
