Product Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to drive the development, launch, and lifecycle management of our products in France. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure products meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with business objectives.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products on time and within scope.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and specifications.
• Monitor product performance and usage metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and training for internal teams.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities within product initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha, Trello).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English; French proficiency is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in digital products, software, or technology industries.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.
• Experience in an international or cross-functional environment.
