Legacy Liquor Store’s Spirits Product Advisors are our front-line ambassadors. We’re looking for genuine spirits enthusiasts who love sharing their knowledge and making expert recommendations in a welcoming, approachable way. This is a fast-paced role that requires efficiency and a sharp eye for detail—you should be a natural multitasker who thrives when the floor is busy and stays proactive during quieter times to keep the department organized and ready for the next guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Service: Maintain a positive, engaging approach; answer customer questions and assist with tasting events.
  • Sales: Provide tailored recommendations and home cocktail suggestions focused on the customer’s preferences and budget.
  • Department Maintenance: Stock and organize shelves, count inventory, build displays, and ensure general cleanliness of the spirits department.
  • Cashier Duties: Quickly and accurately process cash and credit card transactions, process returns, and provide general assistance.
  • Growth: Drive sales and foster growth through continual development (formal and informal) of product knowledge.

Position Requirements

  • Experience: 1 year of sales or hospitality experience preferred. Bartending experience and cocktail knowledge are considered assets.
