Product Analyst with MongoDB

What You’ll Do

• Analyze product and business data to generate actionable insights that drive decision-making and product improvements
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets across multiple sources
• Partner with product managers, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions
• Support ETL processes by working with data engineers to validate data pipelines, ensure data quality, and optimize data flows
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor product health and user behavior
• Conduct root cause analysis and deep dives into product performance, user journeys, and operational issues
• Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to validate data accuracy across systems and support end-to-end testing efforts
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying data gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
• Experience in the Mortgage industry (processes, data models, regulatory context)
• Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data validation (Informatica or similar tools preferred)
• Experience working with large, complex datasets in a data warehouse environment
• Background in product analytics, experimentation, or user behavior analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and QA
• Familiarity with Agile environments and working alongside product owners and scrum teams
• Strong communication skills to present findings and influence stakeholders
