A fin-tech company with a strong remote presence is looking for their next Team Leader of Product Analytics.
This leadership role involves managing a team of 7-10 data analytics professionals within an embedded organizational structure. You will be responsible for driving technical strategy through the implementation of scalable self-service analytics and robust data governance frameworks. A primary goal is to create a "build-first" environment where your team develops tooling that proactively anticipates business questions and accelerates delivery cycles. You must ensure all analytical assets are accurate and timely while maintaining high quality standards and accountability across cross-functional teams.
