SUMMARY:
Senior Engineering Leader – Manufacturing
We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to oversee Engineering, Maintenance, and the tool room within a high-performance manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering leadership with deep manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, and technical governance expertise, with a solid understanding of how engineering systems and factory operations integrate to drive performance.
Requirements:
- BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10–15 years’ manufacturing experience
- Minimum 5 years in senior engineering leadership
- Experience leading engineering, maintenance, and technical teams
- Strong knowledge of engineering systems, BOM governance, reliability, manufacturing support, and CAPEX
- Exposure to machining, fabrication, assembly, precision, automotive, defence, or similar manufacturing environments
- Hands-on leadership style with strong technical credibility
Advantageous:
- GCC
- SAP exposure
- Experience in globally competitive manufacturing environments
We’re looking for a practical, hands-on, and results-driven leader who can connect strategy with execution on the factory floor.
