The Role
As a Product Business Analyst, you will join our Product department and play a key role in turning product priorities into well-defined, well-designed and well-delivered features. You will work at the intersection of business, design, engineering and QA to ensure that product requirements are clearly specified, developments are properly followed through and releases meet the expected functional quality on time. This role is ideal for someone who is highly collaborative, detail-oriented and comfortable supporting product delivery from requirements through design, development, testing and release readiness.
Responsibilities
- Gather and refine product requirements from clients and internal stakeholders, including Lead PMs and CSMs
- Turn business needs into clear functional specifications that are actionable for internal teams and aligned with customer needs
- Collaborate with UX Designers and Engineers to define solutions that deliver the right user experience and meet technical constraints
- Follow features throughout development, providing clarification, tracking progress and escalating issues when needed
- Coordinate QA and functional validation to ensure new releases meet quality standards and cover both main flows and edge cases
- Create and maintain product documentation to support feature adoption and enable Customer Success and Support teams
Qualifications
This role will be a great fit if you:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role
- Bring a curious and analytical mindset, with the ability to clarify ambiguous or incomplete requirements
- Work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams in an international environment
- Can balance user experience, business priorities, technical feasibility and delivery timelines
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Have high standards for quality and strong attention to detail
- Have experience working in Agile environments and using Jira or similar tools
- Are fluent in French and English; Italian and Ukrainian are a plus
- Prior exposure to ad-tech, media or advertising is a plus

Interview Process
Candidates can expect the following steps in our interview process:
- HR Video Interview (45 minutes): a video-call with HR to provide an overview of the company and the role, as well as to gain insight into your experience and background
- Technical Interview with Hiring Manager & other key individuals (1h): a virtual video interview focused on the technical aspects of the role, where the hiring manager will dive into your specific skills and experience.
- Interview with CPTO (30 minutes): an interview with the CPTO is an opportunity to discuss your background, technical expertise, and vision for the role.
