Product Communications Lead

The Opportunity

CACI is hiring a Product Communications Lead to support our government agency's operations. We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of communications experience, with at least 5 years of experience working in support of the federal government.

Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be familiar with federal communication standards and possess a desire to enhance those skills in a challenging, high visibility environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage user communications for a growing user base of more than 5k users
• Develop communication approval workflows
• Lead communication development from development to delivery
• Track communication effectiveness and recommend mitigation strategies
• Deep understanding of communications in a federal environment
• Lead strategic assessment of user audiences, developing targeted approaches for each stakeholder group
• Develop and implement a communications plan
• Must have experiencing managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments
• Analyze and translate financial or technical language into plain English
• Work cross functionally with other teams to deliver a cohesive solution to federal clients
• Lead focus groups among user community to identify needs
• Support internal team communications and initiatives to enhance service to customers

Qualifications

Required:

• US citizen with ability to pass a background investigation/obtain Public Trust clearance upon hire
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
• 10+ years of experience working in communications or a related field
• 5+ years of experience supporting federal government
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems
• E?ciently and e?ectively able to handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
• Flexibility to put in hours needed to meet tight deadlines
• Must have thorough knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies and experience working in an agile environment

Desired:

• Post graduate degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• Understanding or past experience with Agile practices

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$95,500-$210,100
