About

This role supports the operational scale and governance of our MarTech ecosystem, which spans a multi-tenant environment supporting League, Clubs, and international markets. While it includes coordination responsibilities, this is not a traditional administrative role — it is focused on intake, governance, and operational discipline across platforms.

Key Areas of Focus

  • Managing and operating a centralized intake process for MarTech requests
  • Coordinating user access requests and supporting access recertification across platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Workfront)
  • Serving as a central coordination point for intake and issue escalations (triage, routing, tracking)
  • Supporting governance across platforms, including naming conventions, sandbox usage, and general operational discipline
  • Facilitating intake triage meetings and maintaining documentation, decisions, and status tracking

Background Notes

  • Experience operating within enterprise MarTech ecosystems is required (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Marketo, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Adobe tools is a plus, but not required — we are more focused on operational rigor and ability to manage intake/governance at scale
  • Experience with intake workflows, ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Workfront), and multi-stakeholder environments is important.
