We're an automation consulting firm and venture studio. We help clients streamline their operations through smart automation — and we build MVPs fast when we spot an opportunity.
We are a small, distributed team that prioritises speed, ownership, and execution over bureaucracy. As a startup ourselves, we operate with a startup mindset: pragmatic, adaptable, and focused on delivering real outcomes rather than endless meetings or red tape.

The Role

We're looking for someone who can own projects end-to-end. You'll sit at the intersection of client work, dev management, and operations — making sure things get built, shipped, and don't fall through the cracks.

• Manage client relationships and translate their messy problems into clear project scopes
• Coordinate a distributed dev team — set priorities, remove blockers, keep things moving
• Build automations and workflows yourself using no-code tools when it's faster than briefing a dev
• Run operations for the consulting side and support early-stage ventures in our studio
• Spot inefficiencies and fix them before anyone asks you to
• Launch MVPs using tools like Lovable, Claude
• Own delivery timelines and quality — if something's slipping, you flag it and fix it
• Ability to make commercial trade‑offs
• Awareness of delivery vs margin

What We're Looking For

No formal requirements. We don't care about your degree, your certifications, or how many years of experience your LinkedIn says you have. What matters:

• You get things done. You have a bias toward action. You'd rather ship something imperfect today than plan something perfect for next month.
• You're comfortable with ambiguity. We're not going to hand you a playbook. You'll figure things out, ask the right questions, and build the process as you go.
• You can talk to clients and developers in the same afternoon — and adjust your communication style for each.
• You're technically curious. You don't need to write production code, but you should be the kind of person who opens a tool and starts clicking around before reading the docs. You’re familiar with tooling and “dabble” in the build.

Bonus Points

• Experience with no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Retool, N8N, etc.)
• Comfortable using AI tools for work — vibe coding with Claude, building with Cursor, using ChatGPT as a daily driver
• Background in consulting, agency, or startup environments where you wore multiple hats
• Exposure to software development workflows (Git, CI/CD, agile‑ish processes)
