Our client, a leading organization in the technology and service industry, is seeking an IT Project/Program Manager III to join their team. As an IT Project/Program Manager III, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Oversee the application of product roadmaps during all phases of service delivery and product development.
• Support executive leadership reporting and make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors.
• Develop, track, and manage project plans, timelines, and scope to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner closely with functional project teams to define and gather business requirements.
• Coordinate cross-team engagements to facilitate smooth delivery and planning of initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven project management experience with 5-7 years in a similar role.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira Cloud, PlanView, PowerBI, or other planning and business intelligence platforms.
• Certifications such as Agile Product Management, PMP, or PMI are preferred.
• Strong people management and team-building skills with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
