In a context of strong business growth and the evolution of a munition maintenance state towards the development of new products, new munitions, new weapons, and new systems with competitiveness challenges through accelerated time-to-market and cost reduction.

The Product Design Authority (PDA) therefore plays a key role in the organization for mastering mobility systems.

To carry out its missions, the PDA will be supported by all the necessary skills to master the products, as well as "delivery", i.e., meeting deadlines and cost commitments to satisfy all stakeholders: client, industrial, program, and business.

The PDA participates in responses to tenders for its products, prepares and assists in gates, the PDA issues the DVA to outline the technical solution and report technical and calendar risks and opportunities, before costing by the business units to ensure the right level of competitiveness.

Your profile

Your priority is to master technical and industrial challenges in a demanding sector? Do you have the ambition to become a key player in the defense and aeronautics field? Do you want to discover new challenges related to complex product management and strategic client relationships?

Do you have significant experience in defense and/or aeronautics, mobility and C2 systems, and are you proficient in VTS-FR products and operational uses:

  • You are a recognized industrialist, with excellent client and team relations, a strong capacity for continuous improvement, and strategic vision,
  • You are familiar with developments based on data modeling, simulation, IVVQ, RAMST, and pyrotechnics,
  • You know how to take a step back, reconciling tactical, operational, and strategic aspects Professional English, autonomy, proactivity, teamwork beyond hierarchical conventions, and a strong client orientation are your assets. Then this position is for you!
