Design Engineer

We are seeking an innovative and driven Design Engineer to join our team, supporting the development of highly innovative refrigeration products from concept through to production.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs using SolidWorks and CAD, ensuring all products are optimised for design for manufacturing (DFM) and efficient production. You will play a key role in New Product Introduction (NPI), collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to market.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in product design within a manufacturing environment, strong technical skills in CAD and SolidWorks, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Experience in refrigeration systems is highly desirable.

You will be a creative problem-solver with excellent attention to detail, capable of delivering practical, high-quality designs that meet both customer and manufacturing requirements.
