Lead Product Designer & Manager

About

We’re hiring a Lead Product Designer & Manager to own the product end-to-end. While the role is centered on product design and management, you will be deeply embedded across every team : tech, ops, marketing, sales.

This is a full-time CDI for a designer-at-heart with a product manager’s mindset, 2–5 years of experience, and a portfolio that makes people stop scrolling.

Responsibilities

• Owning the product roadmap end-to-end : prioritizing features, managing the backlog, coordinating with the tech team, and shipping on a predictable cadence.
• Designing the full UX/UI of the investment platform : flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and production-ready Figma files, maintaining a rigorous design system, with the constant ability to translate hard concepts into simple, elegant user experiences.
• Running user research : conducting regular user interviews, synthesizing insights, and systematically feeding learnings back into the product.
• Contributing to brand and marketing design : supporting visual consistency across the platform, the website (Webflow), and marketing materials.
• Embedding AI into the product workflow : leveraging LLMs and AI tools to accelerate spec writing, design system documentation, wireframe generation, and research synthesis.
