About the Team: Tide is seeking an exceptional Product Designer to join the team in the Wealth Services area. The team is looking to grow with experienced contributors passionate about quality and craft of user experiences to shape the next phase of Tide's growth. As a Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the experience of Tide's million members across the globe.

Role Overview: You'll be embedded in a cross-functional squad, partnering with your team throughout the product lifecycle from discovery through to launch and future iterations. Your responsibilities will include: - Using your full range of Product Design skills to discover, research, design, and deliver engaging, well-crafted experiences across mobile and web. - Evolving design concepts from early-stage prototypes to high-fidelity mock-ups. - Understanding the members you're designing for through user research sessions, insights, and usage analytics. - Playing a supporting role in the design process at Tide, estimating design effort required, tracking to OKRs, and measuring the impact on members. - Collaborating with colleagues within the Design practice to meet members' core needs and contribute to the Tide Design System for consistent and world-class experiences.

Qualifications Required: - At least 4 years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms in a product design or UX role. - A portfolio demonstrating product thinking, user experience, interaction, and visual design skills with measurable impact. - Ability to run user research sessions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers. - Strong storytelling skills and ability to balance speed and quality. - Proficiency in Figma and understanding of Design Systems and accessibility.
