Product Designer – AI Marketing Platform

Contract-to-Hire | Mostly work from home | Occasional travel to HQ in WV

Oxford Solutions is working with a client to fill a Product Designer opening focused on an AI-driven marketing and social media platform for small businesses and creators. This contract-to-hire role is ideal for a hands-on designer who can think in systems, move quickly, and help shape user experiences across content optimization, social strategy, analytics, and AI-powered product features.

Pay Rate: 50-70+/hr (depending on experience)

This is a primarily remote role with occasional onsite collaboration in West Virginia. Candidates must be located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, or West Virginia.

Responsibilities • Lead design for core product experiences, including onboarding, dashboards, content workflows, account management, and analytics features • Translate complex marketing data, AI-generated recommendations, and performance insights into intuitive user experiences • Design workflows that help small business owners and creators optimize content and manage social strategy more effectively • Create high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes with a focus on usability, speed, engagement, and product scalability • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to support a major product release and ensure accurate implementation

Qualifications • 3+ years of product/UX/UI design experience for SaaS, web platforms, or consumer applications • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work for complex digital products, dashboards, or data-driven tools • Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools • Experience designing data-driven, analytics-based, or workflow-heavy interfaces • Solid understanding of modern web design patterns, responsive design, and user behavior • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or AI-powered products strongly preferred • Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver quality work under tight timelines • Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred • Experience designing marketing technology, creator tools, social media platforms, analytics tools, or AI-powered SaaS products • Background working in a startup or fast-paced product environment with short iteration cycles • Exposure to AI-assisted design tools, AI product workflows, or data-heavy interfaces
