As a Product Designer at Ajaib, you will play a critical role in shaping and defining the user experience of our innovative financial products. Ajaib is a fast-growing fintech startup in Indonesia, aiming to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers, to create intuitive and user‑centered designs that align with our brand aesthetic and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user‑centered interfaces and experiences for our mobile and web applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define user flows, and contribute to product strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback and data analysis.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in user interface design and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a tech startup environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user‑centered approach, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and an eye for visual design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus

• Experience designing for financial or investment‑related products.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as InVision or Marvel.
• Experience with design systems and component‑based design.
• Passion for financial technology and staying up‑to‑date with market trends.
