Product Designer

What You'll Do

• Design and prototype our website\, mobile app\, and patient dashboard in Figma • Create intuitive WhatsApp conversation flow designs for medication reminders and doctor consultations • Develop and maintain brand identity and design system for consistency across all touchpoints • Conduct user research and translate insights into simple\, accessible designs for low-literacy African users • Collaborate closely with the founding team and developers via Slack in a flexible\, async-friendly workflow • Ensure all designs are mobile-first\, accessible\, and optimised for low-bandwidth African environments

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing\, prototyping\, and high-fidelity designs • Solid understanding of UX principles\, user research\, and usability testing • Experience designing mobile applications and responsive web interfaces • An eye for clean\, human-centred design that works for diverse\, non-technical users • Comfortable collaborating asynchronously with developers and founders on GitHub and Slack • Self-starter who can manage their own time across a flexible weekly commitment
