Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to craft intuitive and engaging AI-powered digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in UX/UI design, user research, and AI-driven product innovation. You will collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and developers to create seamless and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities • Design user-centric experiences for AI-powered applications, ensuring intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer needs and pain points • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD • Collaborate with AI engineers to design AI-enhanced user interactions, chatbots, and recommendation systems • Define and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency across products • Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless design implementation • Stay updated on the latest AI trends, design methodologies, and industry best practices • Optimize UI/UX for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility • Contribute to the overall product vision and strategic design direction • Design and implement AI-driven personalization strategies, ensuring transparency in AI decisions while integrating LLM-powered UIs, Generative AI in UX, and AI-assisted workflows to enhance user experience and streamline tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar • Experience designing AI-powered applications, chatbots, or recommendation engines • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility • Ability to conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs • Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for AI-driven design innovation • Experience designing AI-powered applications or chatbot interfaces • Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions for enhanced user engagement • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
