Product Designer

Required

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in an agile product development environment (including internships)
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong proficiency with Figma for designing responsive, accessible interfaces
• Experience applying and extending design systems
• Solid visual and interaction design fundamentals
• Ability to experiment with generative AI tools for design variations and refinement
• Excellent collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
• Effective communication and constructive feedback abilities

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with AI-driven design workflows
• Knowledge of usability testing and user research methodologies
• Familiarity with back-end or development processes to ensure design fidelity
• Additional certifications in UX/UI design or related fields

Preferred

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within an agile environment
• Portfolio demonstrating human-centered design solutions in software products
