About the Role A leading Pan-African bank is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and engaging digital banking experiences across web and mobile platforms. The role involves working closely with product, engineering, and business teams to improve customer journeys and deliver user-centered financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for digital banking products.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve customer experience.

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver user-centered solutions.

• Ensure designs follow accessibility, usability, and brand guidelines.

• Contribute to and maintain the design system and UI standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital products.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile product design.

• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design and interaction design principles.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience designing digital banking or fintech products.

• Familiarity with Agile product development environments.
