As a Product Designer, you will join a collaborative and high-execution design team led by an industry expert. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end design process, transforming complex financial workflows and massive data sets into polished, user-centric digital experiences. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual contributor who thrives in an elite professional environment and is eager to build sophisticated tools used by top-tier analysts and C-suite executives.
Requirements
- Experience: Open to Entry-level (0–1+ years) or Mid-level candidates with a few years of professional design experience.
- Portfolio: A strong, polished portfolio demonstrating a high level of craft and execution.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to simplify complex data and technical workflows into intuitive interfaces.
- Mindset: A proactive "doer" with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Background: Open to any technology background; prior experience in FinTech is not required.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design: Take full ownership of the design process, from initial wireframing and prototyping to final high-fidelity execution.
- Workflow Simplification: Deconstruct intricate financial advisory and wealth management processes to create streamlined digital tools.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with a team of designers and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and functional excellence.
- Execution: Deliver polished, production-ready designs that meet the rigorous standards of elite financial users
Compensation & Culture
This is a long-term contract opportunity within a team that values craft and execution. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $60–$70/hour for Mid-level designers or $40–$55/hour for Junior/Entry-level candidates. You will work within a sophisticated, elite culture that rewards proactive contributors and offers the chance to work on software that facilitates some of the world's most significant financial mergers and acquisitions.
