Product Designer II - Global Scaled Solutions

Role Overview: You will work on projects of all sizes, ranging from well-known problems to more complex and conceptual challenges. You will lead a design roadmap in your area by building a deep understanding of historically and systemically excluded customers through data and research. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end design process, incorporating feedback from experts, collaborating with engineers, and working flexibly with various teams. You will deliver innovative, elegant, buildable, and scalable designs that are thoroughly documented. Prioritizing and managing your time efficiently, operating with high autonomy, and easily adapting to challenges will be essential. Clear communication, effective presentation of work, and proactive collaboration with stakeholders at all levels will also be key aspects of your role.

Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience building products for web and mobile interfaces - Proficiency with Figma or similar tools and prototyping methods - Experience working and collaborating in a tech environment - A portfolio showcasing high-quality, thoughtful UI and UX work
